Northern Guest House Lodge:
Great for large groups or the individual traveler. 3 Private bedrooms.

Room 1
(on the main floor) Sleeps 3 with a double bed and a twin.Disability freindly bathroom.

Room 2
(upstairs a spiral staircase) Sleeps 4 in 2 double beds.

Room 3
(up a spiral staircase) Sleeps 2 in 2 twin beds.

All 3 rooms have private bathrooms with showers. Shared common areas include: Ping-pong table, keyboard, movie videos, local phone service, living room, dining room, and a full kitchen.

Each room is spacious, providing privacy or our guests can enjoy the shared areas with our other guests. We only ask that the noise be quieted by 10 p.m. for the consideration of everyone.

All accommodations include: Movie videos, radio alarm clocks, full kitchens, private bedrooms, private bathrooms, local phone service and bicycles available at no charge on a first come first serve basis. We have 5 mountain bikes, 1 touring and 1 3-wheel bike. Pets are welcome upon pre-approval.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

Reservations can be confirmed with a first night deposit. Check or Money Order only. Don't accept credit cards. The balance paid in full upon check-in. Check-in is usually after 3p.m. but with prior arrangements, it can be adjusted. Check-out is by noon so that the rooms may be cleaned.

Cancellation must be made no later than 72 hours prior to check-in
(3 p.m.) otherwise the deposit will not be returned. We keep our rates low because we do not accept credit cards. Cash or Checks only please.

Pets are welcome upon a pre-approval and a deposit of $25.00.
Deposit will be mailed to registered address if warranted within 3 days.

Summer/Winter rates:

NGH Main House:

$50.00 per room plus $10.00 per person.

Examples
1 person, 1 room = $60.00, 2 people, 1 room = $70.00

2 people, 2 rooms = $120.00, 3 people, 2 rooms = $130.00

There is a 5% bed tax added from our local borough.
